The Ishifit Experience
I’m Keegan, a fitness and corrective exercise coach specializing in helping people find balance—physically and mentally. I help clients turn weaknesses into strengths through personalized corrective exercise programs and nutrition coaching, offered online or, with limited availability, in person in Seattle, Washington.
What sets me apart is my firsthand experience with injury and recovery. I’ve overcome challenges including patellar tendon issues, an Achilles rupture, and rotator cuff strains—returning not just to movement, but to greater strength and resilience. This journey allows me to deeply relate to clients who are over 30, previously injured, or simply focused on staying pain-free and active.
